Well in short i used the new installer found here http://sierrahelp.com/Patches-Updates/N ... .html#QfG5. For some odd reason it was unable to detect the fact i had DOSBox installed in program files, so i had to manually direct it to the exe file(had the same issue with the first quest for glory game but it runs fine) In any case when i try to start quest glory 3, DOSBox opens up then crashes about 2sec later. The diagnostic log from the diagnostic tool is attached to this post, hopefully some answers can be found.

You are missing an important file, one that has to be processed by the installer. Be sure you are using the files from you original disks. The installer will not work with an abandonware download.
