Quest for Glory V issues
Posted: Fri Nov 02, 2012 1:03 am
Hello,
I was just running through all the games of the series and I hit a snag once I hit Quest for Glory V. I used the anthology installer and I had very little problems (the only issue was the wraith glitch of 4), but I have just one minor problem once I hit V.
The screen appears to be off center when I run the game. As in the mouse-able area that the game is in doesn't take up the whole screen; it's kind of dropped and to the right. I could click on things that are off-screen and it works, it's just irritating having 1/4 of the screen missing (for example, the area has been dropped enough that if I go to the save screen, it only shows the top borders of the buttons. Finding out which was save and which was delete was...interesting). I tried adjusting it on the monitor settings (hardware-wise, using the screen adjustment buttons), but it just doesn't move far enough to get the whole game area on the screen. Has anyone else had this, or is it just me?
If it's just a monitor issue, is there a way to play this game windowed?
