HI, Everyone i am a KQ Fans Form HK
i have a Disk of chinese version KQ8, but it seem not working with the new installer,
The Problem is, it can install and run the game, but the language/text(chinese(Taiwan)) cannot dispaly as chinese,
so i cannot play, has there any solution for me to solve this problem?

The installer was written for the North American release. I won't guarantee it will work, but you could try saving the mask.exe from the new installer, then use the original installer on your disc. Replace its mask.exe with the one from the new installer. There are patches included with the new installer that won't be applied, but those may be language specific. If the EXE is compatible, at least the game should start.

What language does it show up as?

I would imagine English.
