Anyone has an idea if I can install my old loved Caesar 2 on a new computer working on Windows 8 ?
How do I do that?
I tried to read the CD in the cd drive and it stopped when I clicked the install button.

The installers here are designed to work on WinXP to Win7. They will probably work on Win8.
