The spam button doesn't show in the black colour scheme skin.

I'm not complaining, just informing.

The Black Pearl skin is outdated. I have no plans to update it, given the amount of work it can take to customize a skin. It it breaks several features of the board. There are also security issues with older themes. Another upgrade or two will probably break it completely. I only keep it because DPX wants it, even though almost no one else uses it, but it is fast reaching the limit of how long I will be able to keep it. There is a new update that I need to do, and that may be the last time that I'll be able to keep it.

I think in such instances, you can do the follow (a lot of manual work)...

At last but not least, you can hover over that icon thing that I showed, and right click and copy that link - and IM it to me, Collector or AndreaDraco and we can go directly to the thread.

There's a small red, circular button with a white exclamation point in the lower right-hand corner of the Black Pearl skin. If I hover over the button, text appears that says: "Report this post."

I don't know if that's the same as the "spam button," but I imagine it'd work in this situation.

Well, Maia uses it, too. :P

Thanks for keeping the Black Pearl skin this long. I know you'll have to get rid of it at some point. When that happens I probably won't come around much.

I'm not being petulant here. The normal color scheme physically hurts my eyes. I can only look at it for a few minutes before I have to turn away.

Perhaps a dark variant of Prosilver That I would not have to much to keep it updated?

Yeah, I prefer the darker colour schemes too. They are easier on the eyes and remind me of the old QFG board. Plus, I find them "cozier".

The other thing I prefer about the Black Pearl is the width. On a widescreen monitor, I find it difficult to read the posts with the other skins, since they are stretched across the entire screen. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't mind the Charcoal skin.

I'm not particularly attached to Black Pearl specifically, but the white is a bit stark in contrast and full screen width is a bit awkward.

If there was another option that addressed those when the time comes to replace it, that would be good. If not, not the end of the world.
