Hey guys,

I'm new here. So sorry if this is the wrong place to post this - I wanted to let you know that I had trouble registering for the forums. I'm afraid that other people may be having trouble too and it may turn some people away, as I couldn't find contact information to help me register. After a couple days of getting locked out & retrying, I finally figured it out!

Anyway, the issue is the registration questions. The answers seem to be case sensitive. So for example, when I was asked what is the reverse-acronym for the site, I kept trying to type "PHS", but it was being rejected until I typed "phs" in all lowercase. Same thing with the other questions.

Also, one of the questions is "Why is there air?" and I'm truly not sure of the answer to that one. Is that an in-joke or something?

Apologies again if this is in the wrong place! And thanks for everything - been lurking here for quite some time and this website has been invaluable in getting my old games up & running properly.

I apologize if you had problems with the Q&A challenge. We have had several severe bot invasions and it was getting to be a real pain deleting all of them.

Maybe we could make a note on some of them (like the ones that are case sensitive) to say it's all lower / upper case?

Random thought -

Collector, you could do an "About" page on SHP - talk about Sierra games, their history, and then the purpose of SHP.

And then do the traditional KQ4 Copyright thing?

Have a note that the "Answers" on on the "About" page and give a link to it (say, for example sierrahelp.com/about.php)

And then do the:
2nd Paragraph, 3 sentence, 12th word.

Hey, thanks guys! I think even just a note that it is all lowercase would be a quick/easy solution. Probably would have got it right away

I've run some PHPbb boards (long-time ago, now) and know how annoying those bots are... so definitely don't want to add more work. Thanks for all you do!
