Caesar II Win95 demo?

The downloads page at Sierra's old website (Wayback Machine link) mentioned two demo versions of the game:
Caesar 2 (Windows 3.1x version)
caesar2.exe
Playable demo, 2837 k
This city-management simulation from Impressions will put you in the heart of the Roman Empire!

Caesar 2 (Win95 version)
csr2demo.exe
Playable demo, 14000 k
This incredible game is now available in a Windows `95 version!
IMPORTANT: Read the included Readme file for important information.
The Win3.1 version is obviously the same thing as the DOS demo, available from various sources including here. However, I have not been able to track down the Win95 demo. It is also mentioned on this page with the same file name (CRS2DEMO.EXE).

Does anyone have it?
