Yay! (A good story!)

Last week my sister invited me to Christmas lunch. I gladly went, but unfortunately by the time I got the invitation, it was late on Christmas eve and everything was shut - so I didn't have time to pick up anything to give them as thanks for inviting me. (We're not Christians so we don't give each other Christmas gifts, but we still get together for meals and such).
Anyway, I wanted to say "thanks" by giving them a gift, so when I went grocery shopping this morning, I also picked up a nice little block of chocolate for my sister and her husband.
When I got home, I realised that I forgot to go over there - and moreover, the chocolate was missing! I searched and searched and drove myself crazy, but couldn't find it.
So I drove back to the supermarket and spoke to their service desk. I was nervous because I didn't get a receipt, but the check-out lady remembered me, found the chocolate and gave it to the service desk to keep safe. I only had to mention it, and they gave me my chocolate! It turned out that I accidentally put it in a plastic bag, rather than my shopping bag, and then forgot it... so I'm only losing my memory, not my marbles. (Yet!)
Anyway. It was just a small thing, but I thought it was awesome.
