The Sierra Crossover Event!

If you could do a crossover with POLICE QUEST and any other SIERRA game, which would would it be (and why)?

What about POLICE QUEST and a NON-Sierra game, which would it be (and why)?

Hmm... I don't know if anything could be a crossover with PQ. I mean... the whole point of PQ is to obey the law.

Gabriel (from GK), being a riff on 'The WIld One' and other similar films, won't do very well in a PQ universe. ;)

The Hero (from QfG) can be lawful or chaotic, depending on how he's played.

Larry is a lawbreaker by definition.

Roger has a hard enough time staying alive, let alone worrying about law or chaos. :P

Maybe the best fit would be Cedric. He would NEVER break any laws. :P But I can't imagine Cedric in Lytton.

Or maybe Robin Hood (from "Conquest of the Longbow")? But, again, I have a hard time imagining Robin Hood in Lytton.

Sorry... :?

I mean, other than his horrible one liners to hit on women... I don't know that he's broken the law, other than sleeping with a prostitute, which in Vegas (Lost Wages) city limits is illegal.

He's doing some questionable things, with documents, and lying about the Lotto thing... but, illegal? :D

The newspaper in PQ1 mentions Daventry being under siege by a three-headed dragon. I know it's just an Easter egg, but I always found it amusing to think that Daventry is a place and a three-headed dragon is a thing in the Police Quest universe. Maybe a crossover could be like a cop-buddy movie with a visiting constable from Daventry trying to bring a evil wizard to justice! On second thought maybe not.

Or you could do a Jim Walls based crossover with Codename: Iceman. Sonny gets swept up in a CIA operation with Cmdr. Westland. Westland teaches Sonny the tricks of the trade of a CIA agent. Sonny teaches Westland about what makes a game enjoyable.

Outside Sierra? I guess Blue Force would be obvious.

I could see a Codename/PQ crossover... especially if it led to Sonny getting into the CIA as the next move of his career.

And yeah, the Blue Force one is obvious (a game I finally beat not too long ago, and thoroughly enjoyed!)

That was pretty hilarious - and voiced very well. I get they were going for that old vibe, but they need to get rid of that "hiss" sound throughout the entire recording - it makes it almost unbearable.

Um... those were three classic (and VERY talented) voice actors - Stan Freberg (who voiced hundreds of characters, among them the hounds in "Foxy by Proxy"), Daws Butler (voice of Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear, among many others) and June Foray (best known as the voice of Grandma and Witch Hazel in the classic "Merrie Melodies" cartoons). :D

The "hiss" sound can't be helped, as it was recorded in 1953 (by Capital Records). ;)

Police Quest and Laura Bow crossover could work. Laura Bow visits Lytton and helps Sonny Bond solves murder cases.

The Police Quest/Codename Icemane/Laura Bow combo would work. Imagine all three!

Laura comes to Lytton, gets involved in solving a crime. Meets with Sonny. As they team up, it turns out to be a bigger issue. And the character (whose name is slipping my mind) from Codename: Iceman comes in and briefs them and teams up!
