So ... just wondering (RPG-related question)...

Has anyone tried the free early access "Elder Scrolls: Blades" game?
The graphics look fairly similar to a combination of Oblivion and Skyrim, except more polished. There's very little depth to the game (e.g. no guilds). I suppose it's Elder Scrolls for the "like, whatevs " generation. Which is a great pity.
Combine that with chests that you need to open to progress (and which you can't open for a few real-time hours - sometimes as many as 6 RL hours - unless you pay Bethesda through microtransactions - really, Bethesda? ), and the "free" label starts to look less and less appealing.
(I'm basing all that on a review in IGN, as I haven't actually played the game yet - just wondering about it). Has anyone played it? If so, what did you think?
