I'm re-replaying the game in ScummVM. I wasn't happy with my score because the last time, several times, I just didn't manage to click in time and was hoping that it can be "made up for" later (particularly three events: asking the Laibon about the spear after first arriving in the village, asking Uhura about it when the hero and Rakeesh are in her hut, promising help to Harami during daytime, before he disappears). But this time, I'm starting to have a huge problem with meeting Johari for the third time after she runs off. I met her twice in a reasonably short period of time. Last time, I didn't manage to meet her for the third time on the same day. OK, this time too I slept in the jungle... but still nothing! Even if I let two more days pass while wandering in the jungle, still nothing. Really, this is just unfair. I'm realising that this game isn't entirely bug-free even in ScummVM and that it seems to rely heavily on sequence of events. But are these random events 100% random or is there any way to speed them up? Really, I have already retried several times, sometimes wasting two more days in the jungle, and still nothing, I can't find Johari again and make the game progress. Any advice?
I'll probably keep replaying anyway, but I feel very discouraged... really, this time it takes longer than ever to get a random event to happen...
