Thanks, Tawm! Merry Christmas right back atcha!

Happy whatever-holiday-you-want-to-celebrate Day!

Merry Christmas. We had a great Christmas week. My wife was originally supposed to work it but she found someone else who didn't mind taking it so she got the day off and we surprised our kids with that bit of news on Christmas Eve (because we were initially going to have it on the 26th). I got everyone copies of Age of Empires II Definitive Edition and we've been playing that. What a blast. I also bought myself the AOE games I was missing on Steam so now I own everything AOE (and Age of Mythology) and have been playing through them. Such a great time playing these games.

My wife got me 3 Switch games: Hyrule Warriors - Age of Calamity (a Zelda-verse Dynasty Warriors game), Cadence of Hyrule (a Zelda-verse Crypt of the Necrodancer game), and Doom 2016. My father bought me Half-Life Alyx, the VR game. So I'm waiting to get our Oculus back from him so I can try that. Good times.
