King's Chill - A Chill-Out Electronica King's Quest Remix Album

So Troels (the Space Quest Historian) spearheaded a vinyl album project where a group of artists remix various King's Quest themes in the "chillout" electronica genre. Four of us (Troels, Jon Paul Sapsford, a gentleman who simply goes by "jbh", and myself) all created remixes and Troels put the album on Qrates for a vinyl record campaign similar to his other Space Quest Reorchestrated vinyls he's been making. As usual there is no profit being made here. It's simply to fund the vinyls being manufactured. If the minimum backer requirement is not meant nothing gets made. Any extra money will be donated directly to charity.

This is a very awesome album project I was lucky and proud to say I'm a part of, though, and the guys who worked on this are seriously talented dudes. The album is called "King's Chill Vol 1 - Vibin' Makes the Soul Go Higher". Yes, Vol 1. There could be a volume 2 if there's enough interest...I've already started on more remixes though. There are themes represented from King's Quests 1 through 6. The vinyl this time around is cheaper than past SQ campaigns maxing out at a measly $17 USD per vinyl. Pick one up.
