Didn't draw it.
Screen capture from the game; removed the black - so it was just the Hand of Fate text and Hand.
Put that on top of the LOK1 screenshot of the island.
The island on all three is the same for the wallpaper - which took some CLONING of the left and right to extend the screen.
You can notice because the rock on the lower left is clearly seen twice.
