[2024] A Question of Character.
You're simply going to reply with a character (whether it be a book, movie, a movie made from a book, comic, computer game, etc.) that you (the real you! NOT THE MASQ!) are aware of/enjoy!
If the character has a last name, post the last name as well (especially if it's a common name! For example, don't simply type "Jon" if the character's name is "Jon Snow").
But feel free to be as vague as you want (maybe pick non important characters from a book or tv show)... the idea is that these character would help give clues as to who is really behind the MASQ. So maybe don't make it too obvious.
So I will go first... Bilbo Baggins. (See, that would be entirely too obvious, as I talk about Tolkien and the Hobbit quite a bit... but you get the idea)...

Mrs. White, you've been paying our friend, the blackmailer, ever since your husband died under, shall we say, mysterious circumstances?

Re: [2024] A Question of Character.
In the heart of Norrath, where the winds whispered secrets through the towering trees of Faydwer, Firiona Vie found herself wandering the verdant paths of the Karanas. It was a peaceful day, the sun filtering through the leaves, when memories of an old friend surfaced—Ravenflight, the barbarian shaman whose spirit was as fierce as the storms that often swept through the land.
Firiona remembered their first encounter vividly. She had been tracking a band of marauding trolls that threatened the peaceful settlements near the river. As she maneuvered through the underbrush, she stumbled upon Ravenflight, standing tall and proud, his presence commanding the attention of the forest. His long, dark hair danced in the wind, adorned with feathers that caught the light like shards of the sky.
“What brings you here, elven one?” he had asked, his voice a deep rumble that resonated with the earth itself.
“We share a common enemy,” Firiona had replied, her gaze steady. “These trolls will not stop until they’ve destroyed everything in their path.”
Together, they forged an alliance that day, each complementing the other’s strengths. Ravenflight’s shamanic powers called upon the spirits of nature, channeling their energy to heal and empower, while Firiona’s elven agility and skill with her sword allowed them to strike swiftly. They became an unstoppable duo, turning the tide against the trolls and protecting the innocent.
As the days turned into weeks, their bond deepened. Ravenflight taught Firiona about the balance of nature, how every creature played a role in the great tapestry of life. He spoke of the spirits that guided him, and she shared tales of her own adventures and the delicate harmony of the Tunarian lands.
But it was during one fateful battle against a rival clan that Firiona would never forget the strength of her friend. They had found themselves surrounded, outnumbered by fierce warriors. As chaos erupted, Ravenflight stood resolute, summoning the fury of the storm. Thunder rumbled overhead, and lightning danced around him as he invoked the spirits of the wind and rain.
“Hold fast, Firiona! Together, we will turn the tide!” he shouted, his voice echoing with power.
With a surge of energy, he unleashed a tempest that disoriented their foes, giving Firiona the opening she needed to strike. They fought side by side, a whirlwind of grace and fury, emerging victorious as the last of their enemies fled.
In the aftermath, as they caught their breath beneath the clearing sky, Firiona looked at Ravenflight, admiration swelling within her. “You wield the storms like an artist with a brush.”
He chuckled, the sound deep and warm. “And you, my friend, are the heart that drives the storm forward.”
But as the seasons changed, so too did their paths. Ravenflight felt the call of the northern wilds, a pull toward his homeland that he could not ignore. Their goodbyes were bittersweet, a promise to one day reunite echoing in the air.
Years passed, but the memory of Ravenflight never faded. Firiona often returned to their favorite meeting place, a glade where the ancient trees stood tall, hoping to catch a glimpse of her friend’s silhouette against the horizon.
As she sat in the Karanas, contemplating the past, Firiona felt the warmth of his spirit linger in the air. She closed her eyes, letting the sounds of nature wash over her, the rustling leaves whispering his name.
“Ravenflight,” she murmured, a smile touching her lips. “May the winds carry you gently.”
Though their paths had diverged, their friendship remained a cherished memory, woven into the very fabric of her heart—a testament to the bonds forged in the fires of battle and the quiet moments of understanding. In the land of Norrath, where heroes rise and fall, the legacy of Ravenflight would forever be a part of her journey.
