New Hunter Hunted Installer

As some of you may know, the installer for Hunter Hunted does not work on XP or higher, even though this Windows only game itself runs just fine on modern Windows, even 64-bit Windows. If you try to run the game without installing it, the game will complain that it needs to be installed, first. The game can be installed manually, but now you can just use the new SHP installer for Hunter Hunted.
