The new version of my DOSBox patch for the new Space Quest collection is out. As with the latest King's Quest collection, the new path for DOSBox should be "C:\Program Files\DOSBox" so all new versions of DOSBox can be installed without need of a new patch for the collection. I have added a ScummVM shortcut for SQ2. The included manual for the collection does not have SQ6, so the patch has a PDF of this manual. Be sure to checkout the new High Rez icons that I have created for the games.

Note: you will want to install DOSBox 0.72 to fix the SoundBlaster error with SQ6. You will need to install ScummVM 0.10.0 in "C:\Program Files\ScummVM" to use the ScummVM shortcut for SQ2.

So there's a new DOSBox out - again?

Just check and nope! So wait - you did a new patch to make these games work with the newest DOSBox (wait, didn't you do this already?)

lol - blame smoke for my brain shorting out... the san diego fires are clearly getting to me now...

and why did you do Scum for Sq2? Why not DOSBox?

I have both shortcuts for SQ2. ScummVM has some advantages over DOSBox for AGI games. It also add mouse support to AGI games.
