That one's by Apogee software (who created similar games in the early 1990s, like Crystal Caves and Duke Nukem - yes, the original). Back in the 1990s, the first game was shareware, but to play the others, you had to buy them.
Secret Agent is a side-scrolling platformer, and a parody of the James Bond films, while still being its own game.

You have a bunch of levels to complete, which you do by blowing up radar dishes and then getting out through the (well-hidden) exit. Naturally, there are lots of enemies and traps, and lots of ways to die.
Anway, last year, someone 'remastered' this game, added new levels, and put it on GOG (
here) and on Steam (
here). It's a fun little game, and not expensive.
