It must be. In 1987, not only Sierra release all its own games (i.e. not created by anyone else), they also released the following six games: KQ1, PQ1, LSL1, SQ2, 3-D Helicopter Simulator, and Mixed-Up Mother Goose. I really doubt it was any of those.
