POLICE QUEST: IN PURSUIT OF THE LAST DONUT (WITH SPRINKLES)

Sonny Bonds was sitting at his desk writing a report on the recent theft of a [NOUN]. He went to get a donut (with sprinkles) and discovers... the last donut (with sprinkles) was gone!

“Who took the last donut (with sprinkles)?” Sonny shouted [ADVERB]. “There were [NUMBER] in the box this morning and I never got one!”

Officer [NAME] said “It wasn’t me. Maybe you should ask Det. Watts.”

“I get [VERB - PAST TENSE] for everything just because I used to be the Gremlin!” Laura says. “Well it wasn’t me. I even got them from [STORE NAME] this morning.”

Just then Chief Whipplestick [ADVERB] walks into the room. Some sprinkles are clearly visible on his [NOUN]. “What’s all the commotion?” he asks.

“[EXCLAMATION],” Sonny mutters under his breath. “Nothing, sir,” he says as he [ADVERB] goes back to work.

Hmm ... I thought that officers' names are always their last names? Like Detective Watts? :) Never mind ...

Le Sigh. You didn't read the updated rules on the first post? See: http://sierrahelp.com/forums/viewtopic. ... 624#p86624

I'd mentioned I'd updated it (http://sierrahelp.com/forums/viewtopic. ... 106#p87106) based on NBS' suggestion to make it more like MADLIBS by NOT knowing what you're filling out.

Er, whoops? I thought the whole point was everything was in "spoiler" tags, so no-one would know anyway (unless you highlight the whole thing). Never mind!

Yeah - but quoting the post with the spoiler stuff makes it easy - even on accident - to read some of the potential things. :)

For example, you clearly saw whatever name I entered must go to an Officer's name - since you mentioned an Officer's name is typically their last name. And the name selection is 4 choices down.
