I don't think there's an official definition. I wouldn't consider centaurs humanoid because they have six limbs.

But I'd say no. I think of humanoids having the same physical appearance as humans.
Legs, torso, arms, head that look like or are part human.

So I'd consider a centaur humanoid because of their human appearance; and liontaurs (or whatever) from QFG3 as humanoid.

But Meeps don't really have a human-like appearance.
