Well if you look, computerized one has that red shawl - the real one is just wearing it over her head (and around her neck). And computerized one does have a bra; of sorts. Look at the chest, it's a webbed bikini type thing; where as the real one is just wearing a black bikini.
In some of the concept art (check out the wallpaper Tawmis posted a little earlier in this thread), they actually show Morrigan wearing the hood over her head, so maybe that's what the person was going from. I think she looks more closely like the concept art than the in-game Morrigan.
