Yes and no could mean, because you can walk by that screen when the Cauldron is NOT there.
It's only there after you do stuff near the end of the game.

If that's the case - it'd need to be the cauldron screen - because man-made items was yes, and so was body of water.

Which rules out the last two screens (as there's no body of water? And there are animals - and that was a no to animals on the screen).

But I guessed the cauldron - and it wasn't.
And neither alive or dead, so that rules out the witches.
