Bring up a touchy subject - "Broach" ("a good time to broach the subject"), which is a homophone of "brooch"
Needed at the end? - The final act plays out in different ways depending on what inventory items you have. The cameo brooch can be used at the end, or can be traded for something else earlier in the game
