Sigh. "Something inside me" and "It's a real blast from the past" sounds like it could've been the GK1 (The Voodoo Murders) - after all, the memories of it are inside Gabriel. But if you weren't made with a typewriter, that rules it out.

If you're not made of metal, that rules out the lamp, the sextant and the telephone, and I really don't think you're Gabriel's chair. So the only thing left is:

Are you the statue of the Madonna?

I don't know how the clues fit that, but oh well!
