Um, I thought Tawm said I only have to hint if someone is guessing the actual game? I'm confused.

Hint: It was originally published by a British publishing company.

Original post was updated to be more clear.

Any time the answer is a "no" or incorrect - a clue is given.

If the answer is a "yes" - no clue given, because the answer is a yes.

So for example - if I was thinking of Police Quest III.

If someone said:

"Is it Blue Force?"

I could say, "No. But it's a cop game, similar to Blue Force."

If someone said, "Is it one of the Police Quest games?"

I'd just respond "Yes" with no additional clue, since the yes is already providing that the question is correct.

Mesoamerica is considered "southern Mexico and parts of Central America."

(I'm asking because sometimes people confuse South America, Central America, and Mesoamerica.)

Definitely South America. (I studied Mesoamerica in some detail -- I started by studying the Aztec empire, and then went on to try to understand the Mayan 'empire'. The geographical area is fascinating).

Is the developer known for making Adventure games? (As in, do they normally make Adventures or was this an unusual project for them?)

Hmm ... I'd say yes, this is a normal project for them.
