I'd agree. The idea is that guesses would be based off clues given to prevent people from just saying anything/everything in the game - which would make the person have to keep giving clues if that's the case.

So since it's already established that Rath's guess goes against a clue already given; no need for another clue!

We've seen it before in the Spielburg Adventurer's Guild.
And it doesn't belong there, because it's surrounded by shields and spears from Tarna!
