This was an old thread that someone dug up on Adventure Gamers. Another quiz. This on works a lot better that that Excel sheet quiz last time. The answers you give don't have to be quite exact for the quiz to accept it. See how many you can get.

The big adventure game quiz

I was able to answer the following questions: 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31, 33 and 36. That quiz was MUCH better than the old one.

I don't want to nitpick, but I wouldn't classify #8 as an Adventure Game. Sure, it has adventure, but it's an entirely different type of game.

Nor would I.

I totally sucked at the quiz. Got 8 or 9 of them. Obviously i'm too focused on Sierra titles alone. Perhaps i should set up some Sierra screenshot quizes, different categories .

As for this quiz, I agree with DPX and Collector about #8. The rest was pretty easy, but I still missed eight screenshots (don't remember the numbers).

I found 4... numbers 15, 16, 18 and 21

I looked at the quiz again and this time I also got #2. I'm not sure how I missed that last time. On the other hand, I probably shouldn't be up at 1:00 AM, either.

By the way... I was surprised #11 and #14 were on the list. Those two games are pretty damn obscure. Even though I never finished it, I actually enjoyed #14 (which is rare for me since I normally despise first-person Adventure Games). I should grab that next time I'm down in Houston. I doubt my Dad even knows it exists.

I got 18 correct: numbers 5,7,12,13,15,16,17,19,20,21,24,25,28,29,30,31,33,and 36.

Wow... and I thought I knew my games...

Some of the ones i didn't get look interesting...... but i don't know their names.

Only got 6, and half of the six, I never played. Is there any way to see the answers? Some of them look interesting to play.

How about we use the spoiler tags to write down the ones we figured out?

Gah! Too many first-persons! Those are the adventures I normally avoid.

Does anyone know 1, 2, 24, and 28? Those caught my interest.
