Hi all,

Does anyone out there have the Island of Dr Brain on 3.5" floppies, version 1.100. I have 3 disks, disk1, disk2, and a Patches disk. Thinking it was an installer problem, Collector discovered that several files are missing, possibly an entire disk. Since I don't know what's missing, can anyone with this version send me all of the files?

Does no one have this version? If you can help, I'll add support for your version to the SHP installer.

I don't have the disk version.

I just noticed this thread, and own the 1.100 version of Island of Dr. Brain. Do you still need the files?

Yes, Gat, I do. Could you zip them and upload them here... 1 file for each disk.

I would be happy to forward the files, but do not want to post them publicly. I am also having trouble with the pm feature. Any suggestions on how to get them to you?

Thanks for the link, but when I upload the first of the zip files for the pm, I get the message that "You tried to pm too many persons" or something along those lines -- and I have to log back in. The file does seem to upload though. When I upload the second zip file, I get the same message, plus a message that 1 is the maximum number of files to upload -- and I have to re-log in. At this point I give up, because I must be doing something wrong. Any thoughts? Should I just post the file for disk #3 here, which is the disk Dotkel seems to be missing?

Received your post, and sent 4 replies, each with a zip for one of the game disks. I hope this works for you; good luck. My daughters used to have a great time with this game.

Thanks Gat. I was missing the 3rd disk. Still a problem though. I'll work with Collector on that.
