Looking for Space Quest IV 3.5'' sealed/unused.

I'm looking for a 3.5'' copy of Space Quest IV (ver. 1.052) (int. 3.4.91) aka (int. 1.000.753). It doesn't necessarily have to be a sealed box, but it has to either be write protected or never used to install before. Being a factory pristine disk is an absolute requirement. Specifically the startup disk.

I'm not really sure how to differentiate versions, but I know that the only boxes containing 1.052 have this style of system requirements label.

That box also contains 1.1, but I'm fine with making a few mistakes to get an actual copy. One thing I also noticed is that I believe 1.052 does not have the 256 Colors sticker on the front, while 1.1 does.
