Delightfully informative interviews with three key players in LB2’s development.

This piece confirmed something I’d long suspected, that Josh Mandel’s voice was electronically lowered for Steve Dorian.

I haven’t seen this posted here yet and this thread seems appropriate.

This impressive (and lengthy) video takes a deep dive into the game. It has over a million views.

LB2 really seems to have developed more of a cult following than many other Sierra games.

I really like OneShortEye's videos. The speedrun videos are great. Speedrunners discover these odd little glitches they can exploit and pretty much reverse engineer the game. It's great to see videos like this get that many views.

I skimmed through this one. At around 1:04:47, he mentions some narrative inconsistencies. One of my favorites involves O'Riley. The game takes place during Prohibition (the party still serves champagne, but I digress). If you ask O'Riley about Speakeasies he will say "Mark my words, lassie, I'll have every one of those dens of iniquity closed up by the end of this year!" I forgot what you ask him about to trigger this line, but he later says "It's all right, if you like that sort of thing. I think it's a waste of time, meself. I'd rather be down at the pub, knockin' one back with me buddies." What pubs? The funny thing is that he says these things almost back-to-back if you ask about them in order from the notebook.

He says that if you ask about the museum. He's not an "artsy" guy.

A charitable explanation is that he's remembering his time in Ireland.
