What did Phantasmagoria 1 game teach you?

It taught me. If your sink or shower drain is stuck. Always get a drain cleaner to fix it :)

True. I just used it today, had to wait one day for the water to slowly drain or heat away.
But think it worked. So i gotta thank Don for reminding me!

The baby crying crib scene is so deeply engrained in my memory. Because I'd been playing it with my wife and friends when it triggered and we all screamed. :lol:

I don't enjoy being scared, so I never played Phantas or Shivers (or Lighthouse). Did I miss much?

I'd say they're worth playing. I missed these when they first came out and I'm not really a fan of horror either. I first played them as part of my "Choose My Next Adventure" series. They're interesting to play as a time capsule of a particular era of PC gaming. I didn't have any nostalgia to fall back on and I tried to keep an open mind versus "FMV games sucked!" and I kind of enjoyed them.
