No, not Police Quest 3.

Hint: it is not an adventure game

Not Codename Iceman, Jules. The picture comes from a non-adventure game.

Hint 2: The game was published around the mid nineties

That's an easy one! It's EarthSiege 2.

It was only a matter of time before DPX, the Earthsiege Universe specialist, would take it away ;).

Okay, this one is both easy and hard:

That would have been my first guess...

I will go with Conquest of Longbow, however since you took that guess!

(Though I think we're both wrong, since that seems too easy!)

Yeah, I've done that before. It's not easy with that "virtual keyboard." Of course, you CAN buy a keyboard for it, but how often do you use it for regular Internet use? :P

Hah! That is so funny. A few turns ago while looking through screenshots on google images, I found a few screenshots for KQ5 for that system and noticed the awkward color scheme. I was going to say it but never thought someone would actually post it! :P

I’ll swipe this turn unless someone else gets it before me…

I'll go with the obvious and say Winnie the Pooh in the Hundred Acre Wood, although it's probably wrong.
