Well, it's from Dynamix (one of the Sierra family companies).
It looks like a sports game to me, so I threw out a game with similar graphics.

It came out in 1988 and to be honest, I didn't take notice of it then (I was eight years-old at the time). I just think it's funny that Pete Rose's name is on it.

I'm out of guesses. There's not much in the thumbnail to guess from. A sneaker on a bright green background makes me think of running or sports.
