OK; my first guess would be Gabriel Knight 3. I don't think it is, since I know the game pretty well, but something in the graphics makes me think of it.

You got it! It's the original Team Fortress Classic based on the Half-Life 1 graphics engine. By today's standards it looks terrible, but that game came out in 1999.

The modern Team Fortress 2 was released in 2007 and looks a LOT better. My tag is an in-game picture of the Pyro. Yes, he's wearing a Max Hat (from TellTale's Sam & Max series). That was part of a promotional deal advertising the Sam & Max games.

Oh and the name of the image "Killing is my business and business is good!" is an audio message players hear when joining any server hosted by NO HEROES.
