Been trading with him before. Always the rare quality stuff. But check this one out: Ken Williams just gave his personal address to have the Mystery House autographed by him and Roberta! I'm in the 1000th heaven! Seriously, it's a dream coming true!

Nice! Do you read his blog? He's sailing in Japan right now so it may take a while for that signature. You must post a photo of it when you do get it!

Ken's such a genuine, down to earth guy. He called Patrick a few years back when we tried starting up a game under his lead (it's how we met). His voice sounded very intelligent with a higher tone to it than we'd imagined, and he even was OK with us meeting up with him in Seattle to play golf! What a guy! Of course, we never did go to Seattle. :)

Yes, i know. Told him i could handle another month or two :D. I just hope the seller does his thing and the postal services don't mess up :?. First thing i'll do when the whole procedure is done, is to make a scan :).

Congratulations Rudy! I second the warm feeling about Ken Williams. Even on Facebook, he's just so nice and friendly. Can't wait to see the scan with their signatures!

It arrived! I can honestly say that opening the box, seeing Mystery House and holding it in my hands made my heartbeat go a little faster. Wow, just wow :).

Next step: send it back to the USA

I found a video game store near my house that just opened up. I went in to scan and actually found some Sierra.

Granted, FEAR isn't classic Sierra, but I thought $4 was fine for boxed with everything. I also got The Rise and Rule of Ancient Empires. I had never heard of it, but I knew I had to buy it once I saw the Sierra logo.

Nice that it is near. Stores like that are "catch as catch can." You need to check them on a regular basis, but usually expect you'll find nothing. Half Price Books used to be a good place to look, but now rarely have anything older than 4-5 years old.

Yeah I'm actually going to give the owner my number to give me a call if he ever catches a Sierra game. Hopefully something good may come out of it.
