I think Mixed Up Mother Goose Deluxe is Windows only and hi-res.

I believe that Jules has the 2nd King's Quest Collection, which has the Deluxe version. Her screenshot has just been resampled down from the original 640x480. Here is a screenshot of the same screen from the game that has not been down sampled:
