Yea I'm at a loss as well... been looking at it on and off all day and still drawing a blank. It's clearly AGI... that much is obvious from the color palette and heavy black lines. My first guess would have been PQ1, followed my Codename: Iceman. But since those two are not it.... I'm going to have to pull a random title out of the hat and hope it sticks...

That's the only other AGI game I can think of that uses modern-style AGI artwork (and the screenshot has got to be either a piece of a modern-style house or possibly a boat).
