Anyone know the title to this game?

I dont have many clues here but I have been trying to track it down forever

1) Came out around 1994-1997
2) The premise of the game was you where exploring an island (believe it was in Bermuda triangle) that had some weird radiation coming from it?
3) It was semi first person (FMV/CGI), you controlled a robot that moved around the island
4) You had to watch your radiation as you moved around
5) I believe the story line was the world would end if you didn't find out the source of the trouble. I vaguely remember if you died the end video would talk about world ending.
6) I know the packaging of the game was unique
7) I remember there being monsters on the island that would attack you.

Thats all I remember now. Been trying to think of the name forever, if anyone knows I would appreciate it.

Sorry man I wish I knew. Trust me I have been on google for hours on end trying to find it with no luck. Its just some one off game I remember playing back in the day and cannot for the life of me remember it.

- There was a computer game (PC/DOS)
- It was one of those that had like 16 colors (red, white, green, etc)
- Had the still picture on the top half of the screen
- Text on the bottom of the screen
- I want to say that it had "Dragon" somewhere in the name
- You play the role of a male, young, (Magician?)
- I keep thinking it's called "Dragonbane" - but that doesn't appear to be the game

It wasn't just a rectangular box. it has a 3d cut out effect to it with the CD in the middle (like the daedalus encounter).

Trust be told the game play was very similar to the daedalus encounter
