FS: The Perfect Kings Quest Collection

Post by HappehLemons »

This is a collection I'm very proud of, and worked very hard on to make, but as money gets tighter its looking like it's about time I let this one go. If possible, I would like to sell this as a lot. AFAIK all of these are as complete as they can be. If anyone has any questions of concerns let me know!

Don't be fooled by the cheap amazon and ebay listings of this game. Most of them are the more common lower cost reprints of the game. What's the difference you ask? They are in flip lid boxes with cheap black and white paper manual reprints (versus the high quality textured paper originally used) and do not have the original sierra disk artwork (they're just plain paper labels). I made sure while building this collection to only get the best high quality prints of every version.

This set includes King's Quest 1~7, all complete and many with extras. See above images for details.

King's Quest V. Included is the game on CD-ROM and 3.5 floppy Disk. Manual for CD rom and Floppy disk versions are included. Also included is the King's Quest V Hint Book with Adventure Window. Complete.

I would assume a good price for this set would be around $150, but I'm very open to offers.

I believe the official KQ1 remake is still EGA, just in SCI rather than AGI. There's a fan-made VGA remake, but that definitely wasn't Sierra's work.
