New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Sierra Originals SQ6 in box, and original Shivers: Harvest of Souls in box. At 2 E each. 2nd hand store in Utrecht. I love them.
Harvest seems to be missing documentation, the box just holds the jewelcase and CDs (no CD booklet), but SQ6 seems complete, with CD booklet, SO catalogue, and a weird bit of paper that says "Solution to last month's puzzle" followed by the periodic table of the elements.

Started with it some time ago,but I wasn't getting anywhere with it so I uninstalled it. Should go back to it sometime.

Nice Mike! Makes me miss my C64. You've got the 1541 disk drive too, yes?

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Ah, finally! Been waiting for this deal since late 2010, but it fell apart due to financial issues back then. I'm back in contact with the seller now and he was kind enough to hold on to them for me: the King's Quest VII story board. Here is just one of the pages, but the entire package contains more than 100 of them.

Fantastic! It would be nice to see a couple of scans to see the detail.

Yep, pretty special deal. They wouldn't write and draw stuff on original drawings of course, so the art itself is copied from the originals. The text and other additions are authentic, presumably added by Roberta Williams and Lorelei Shannon.

Just won SQ4 jewel case and SQ4 5 1/2" box on ebay. Psyched to finally own a box of my favourite SQ game ever!
Next goal, black box SQ1, SQ3, and SQ5 boxes.

Just got my SQ4 CD in the mail. Great condition! The manual is a little ripped, but the CD is great. Just waiting for the box now.

Re: New Acquisitions Thread (image heavy)
Some pictures from my collection:
This one can be an oddity for most of you as it's the Italian version of Quest for Glory 5: it has a full italian manual plus the standard english one (the one in the jewel case) , also the cover can be opened and the box has a plastic shell to keep the jewel case.
