I thought Tawmis meant PCI-E when he wrote "PCI." I got my computer in 2004 and it uses PCI-E.

I haven't heard of anyone using PCI (or even AGP) in years...

My desktop is probably somewhere between six and eight years old.

Well, I've signed up and pre-ordered it. Just have to try it out.
Been playing WOW for the longest time now - need a break - and just waiting for Pandaria now, lol
I mostly play solo, because I'm not very good with groups and because of timzezones.

As a side note, I'm also trying out Aion. Not sure how I feel about that one yet.

Oh and hiya all - I know it's been a while, but been to busy with work and too tired to be social after work.
Sorry!
That's how it is for us people suffering from Aspergers :)

So now your friends can play for free this weekend :)
This weekend only though....

And if you're up for it, go check out the PST and the new 1.2 patch, that are sure to change the game experience for many.
You might even earn some in-game rewards or title.

Sounds like a distraction/faux olive branch from BioWare in response to the increased negative publicity revolving around ME3's endings.

I don't think that's the case. Before ME3 came out they did a thing were if you were a subscriber you could invite like 10 friends to play SWTOR for 7 days. I think the idea is to get people hooked on the MMO, since that's an ongoing money maker.

Having played it for those 7 days, it is an incredible MMO - above anything else I have ever played in terms of MMOs (which is a VERY extensive list). But there's no way I could do the monthly fee of it. So after my 7 days were up, I bid my Smuggler and Bounty Hunter farewell...

I know. And I pray that one day it does what just about every other paying MMO has done - and goes F2P. :-)

Well, hell no! I don't want that! lol
Then the great story patches will be no more...
You know there's plans of at least 2-3 free patches - 1 a huge story patch - this year... I don't see this happening if it goes F2P.

It probably wouldn't go F2P for years. Most of the F2P MMOs available now were pay-to-play for a long time.

Hence the use of the word "most" in my previous post. :)
