Just won the IBM PCjr release of King's Quest! I'll post a scan after I receive it. Now I only need the AGI version of Mixed-up Mother Goose to have ALL AGI games. Now I'll do like Rath and go "YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!! *running through the forums, waving a flag*"

You won't be waving any flags if a large yellow squid squiring immobilising ink at you lands on your house (cunningly directed by my radio control) and makes it impossible for you to move while all of us raid your house for those rare games...

King's Quest 1 now completes the gray box releases, so no more sniper attacks on those :). Surprisingly there were no other snipers around this time. Tawmis, did you get the Space Quest auction?

...unlike this auction where 3 snipers popped up during the last 5 seconds. They used small caliber though , easy win. The Great Empires Collection II, complete:

It came. Only Mystery House could be considered more significant to Sierra history.

I also got this BrightStar game. Sierra bought BrightStar for their speech technology. This allowed Sierra to add speech to their computer games.

That's a terribly misleading box for KQ1. It makes the game look far more action-oriented and Graham doesn't even wear armor or use a sword.

I'm sure that that cover was designed by IBM, not Sierra.

I just realized something. I think I might still have the AppleII versions of King's Quest 1 and 2, The Black Cauldron and Mixed-Up Mother Goose.

I don't know for a fact if they're still around. If they are, I'd be happy to send them someone's way. I don't even have an AppleII anymore (who does?), so it's not like I'd miss them.

I might be interested in the Mixed-Up Mother Goose, if it is the AGI version with Roberta Williams on the cover.
