What is that?
Well, you create a new account, and a new persona and post as that person (strictly in the 3rd Annual Masquerade Ballroom). When creating this costumed account, please use " * " in front of the name. So for example if you wanted to create a "Costume" Account called "TawmisIsAwesome" you would create it as "*TawmisIsAwesome." This way we know it's a "Costume Account" and we can grant you exclusive access to the Ballroom beginning October 1st. When creating a new "Masked/Ball Account" by all means, feel free to use the domain "@tawmis.com" - so for example, if you were creating the above example, use "tawmisisawesome@tawmis.com" for the email address, rather than create a new gmail, hotmail, etc. You can even use a bogus address and just PM Collector or myself on here, and we can activate the account.
The persona you create, should have an avatar that reflects that costume. Slip into that persona, and while in the Ballroom, have fun with that persona! If you created a thread with this persona (only do so in General Chatter please) - please mark the title "Masquerade - <Title of Thread>" so that it's clear (and easy to move when this is all done)
If you create a persona, please respond to this thread with your normal account that you're partaking in the Masquerade by October 25th (you don't need to do it after creating the persona or else it might be obvious - so giving everyone up to 10/25 to post in here under their normal user name that they're participating). NOTE: All Masquerade Ball Accounts WILL be disabled when the Ball is over. So don't go getting too attached to your costume!
