Ah ha! I remember someone sharing that screen before because of the Johnny Castaway thing!

Man, I wish the JC Screen Saver would better on Windows 7. Got one that works with Windows XP on LSL site.

No, not QfG4.

I think that the main issue with Johnny Castaway on Win7 is more of an issue with x64. The XP fix was to make it run on 32-bit Windows.
