Since the later games from when Sierra was just a name to slap on to sell any old game seems to kill the game, let's limit the games from say, 2001 and earlier.

I think that the main issue with Johnny Castaway on Win7 is more of an issue with x64. The XP fix was to make it run on 32-bit Windows.
