This is Gabriel Knight 3, the introductory screen for a timeblock in day 3, with the unicorn.
Thematically, it is the timeblock where Gabriel starts to discover Montreaux's odd interests in blood, I think.

That's a good description! It's the 3-6PM timeblock that ends at the Montreaux cellar, yes.

If I hazard a guess. It looks like the cave/catacombs area from Gabriel Knight 1 where those deadly mummies are and where you find Uncle Wolfgang.
