So, here goes a small one: depicted location is from "Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers. 20th Anniversary Edition". As that's rather obvious and not very helpfull, here goes another one: the scene is in New Orleans.

And here we have quite a big spoiler: although this wall exist and is accessible from the begining of the game, it will not look like on my picture untill several actions were done.
