yeah theyr'e making a movie..but the horror side of me wishes they would make it more to resemble American Mcgees Alice instead of just plain Jane Alice...But they are gonna use Helea Bonam Carter as the red queen..so that's enough reason for me to watch it right there...

The movie is directed by Tim Burton so its going to be a mind bender, hopefully a good one.

I am one of the few people in this world who isn't a big Tim Burton fan.

But then I have poor taste, most would say.

I can't stand that Twilight movie or the books...
So there it is..my dark secret...

I'm not particularly thrilled with Tim Burton's films, but some of them aren't too bad. I actually liked Sleepy Hollow, although a number of critics disliked it.

As far as the Twilight series is concerned... I had never heard of it before the movie was released and the millions of teenage girls going crazy over it. I don't understand it, but then again, I haven't bothered to see the movie or read the books. The idea of a teenage vampire involved in a romance with a human is less than interesting to me.

I like Buffy, but I hated the whole Angel/Buffy thing. Not as much as Spike/Buffy, but it still sucked (pun intended).

I like Angel in his own series. In BtVS, however, he was a real wuss.

By the way... did you notice how nearly EVERYONE in both shows are extremely self-absorbed and lack a sense of self-esteem? One of them sees their significant other talking to a member of the opposite sex and suddenly they think, "Oh no! He/She doesn't love me anymore!"

A horror Alice movie just doesn't appeal to me. The bloody environment can stay with American McGee's game.

I didn't care for that game too much.
