I can hear Tim Curry's voice, when you lay down a Queen of Hearts...

I would love that so much. There's no reason they couldn't make that today either - once the card game aspect is programmed, you could keep adding characters. It would be great for smart phones since "play to unlock new characters" is a popular game model and you could potentially unlock the entire GK cast to play against. Even the mime.

Hmmm... maybe I could use CGI studio to add a picture of GK (basically it's talking, happy and angry). And I bet I could find enough phrases in my extensive TC collection... :)

It's on sale again:

I admit I've not gotten far into the campaign mode of the game (but what I've done so far, I've enjoyed).

SQ3 and Kathy Rain. Latter is much much easier than most adventures I've played so far, SQ3's a monster. :)

SQ3 is a monster - even for native English speaking people. But it is one of my favorites of the SQ franchise.

Good to hear Kathy Rain is good (and easy) - I bought it a few months back when it was on sale. Not even launched it yet.

SQ3 is very difficult, indeed. I think I died more times in that game than in any other SQ game (and that's saying something). But it's satisfying when you finish. :)

Kathy Rain turned out not to be very good - actual puzzles were few and far between (and often watered-down versions of GK puzzles) with a jarring story.

At the moment I'm not playing anything because I left my laptop cables behind on my last trip (head desk)

I got Kathy Rain, but didn't get too far before losing interest. It was not striking me as good as people were making it out to be. Rather amateurish.

Yeah it's a shame, it got a very good atmosphere going and I like the close-up designs, but there was not really any puzzle in the first day, and in the second day you have to make an audio file from a cassette by putting it in the scanner and that's where I got lost.

I got my laptop cables back, so I'm ready to give SQ3 another go!

Well, you already did the screenshot. So you don't have to keep playing. If you've not played any of them - I'd start from the beginning. Because there's SO much story. /sarcasm
