Looking for GK3 Script Help
Re: Looking for GK3 Script Help
It's an old file. By now there've been numerous changes to it, moved lines around a bit, and all. That line is already included in my version. The current versions of all scripts (also Sins and Beast) are uploaded onto A-drive, and I can temporarily publish them if somebody'd like to have them.

Re: Looking for GK3 Script Help
I just wanna say: Thank you very much BBP! Your script is very helpful - at this moment I am translating "Sins of the Fathers" into Polish, and there are several inconveniences due to differences between English and Polish. One of them is - while looking into English messages it is hard to identify the sex of the speaking person, which is very important in Polish. Of course, in same cases it is obvious, but not always. I haven't played GK1 since 2001, so I can't remember all of the conversations. In case I have a doubt, I just look into your script - and I know!
Well, the game will be tested thorough, but this gives me a chance to eliminate some possible mistakes at the very early stage of translation. Thank you

Somebody found use for it, wow! Thank you Mendosa!
You can tell who the speaker is by looking at the list of numbers in front of the line that's said. The last one of these numbers indicates the speaker: 1 is Gabriel, 2 is Grace, 99 is the narrator etc. The complete list is at the bottom of the file.

That's a great work you've made. At this moment "Sins of the Fathers" script is usefull for me, but I also think about GK3 - although there was a fan translation that became official one. When I finish current project, I'll look into GK3 files too compare them with the original ones. And I think I'll use your script.

Re: Looking for GK3 Script Help
Rushing towards the end of translation of GK1 I found some "talker" persons, who are not mentioned in your script, BBP. Here we go:
37 BOYFRIEND AT THE TABLE IN THE NAPOLEON HOUSE
38 DRINKING ALONE MAN IN THE NAPOLEON HOUSE
39 GIRLFRIEND AT THE TABLE IN THE NAPOLEON HOUSE
Those character are not very important for the gameplay and their peplies are rather short, but I just wanted to report this fact

Thank you Mendosa! I probably forgot to write those down when I was working on Napoleon House.
